Smeeton Westerby Parish Council

I have lived in Smeeton Westerby for 28 years. I believe that the Parish Council has an increasing relevance since both the Green Belt and the Village Envelope have been abandoned and anywhere is now 'available' for large scale 'development'. The Parish Council is the first line of defence if defence is appropriate.
